IT Officer - Air Traffic Control (ATC) Simulator / Technical Specialist

Salary: $38,000 – $50,000 per month

Job Description

• Build, test, and update simulated traffic exercises, navigational waypoints, and flight plans

• Administer and troubleshoot backend simulation databases to ensure data integrity before training runs

• Revise training documentation, guide incoming pseudo-pilot trainees, and conduct peer mentoring

• Provide operational and technical assistance to the Training Unit (TU) across all scheduled rating, recurrent, and specialised controller courses

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification IT or technical operations experience

• At least 1 year in an operational simulation, technical data administration, or comparable systems support capacity

• Strong fluency in spoken and written English (minimum HKDSEE Level 4 in English Language, or recognized equivalent)

• Background in data administration, database query handling, or systems troubleshooting
