Job Summary

The IT will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT systems, streaming equipment, devices, and network infrastructure to ensure smooth and uninterrupted live streaming operations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring devices and authorized accounts, monitoring internet connectivity, and providing technical support to streamers and office personnel. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving technical problems efficiently while maintaining the security and reliability of company systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain live streaming devices and equipment.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and streaming issues.

• Ensure stable internet connectivity and uninterrupted live sessions.

• Manage company devices, software, and authorized accounts.

• Monitor streaming performance and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Maintain IT inventory, account records, and technical reports.

• Implement basic cybersecurity measures and protect company data.

• Provide technical support to streamers and office personnel.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in computer software and operating systems

• Skilled in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting

• Knowledgeable in network configuration, LAN/Wi-Fi, and IP setup

• Experienced in computer, smartphone, and application troubleshooting

• Familiar with account setup, email configuration, and device management

• Knowledgeable in data backup and basic cybersecurity

• Strong problem-solving and technical support skills

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently

• IT-related degree or relevant experience is an advantage
