IT Officer - SM City Clark
Summary
On-site IT Officer at SM City Clark providing L1 technical support day to day: installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware, software, and network systems (LAN/WAN/WLAN), coordinating with vendors, keeping IT documentation and inventory, and assisting with IT project rollouts.
To provide support and administrative assistance in the implementation and management of quality IT services that meet the needs of the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide L1 technical support through installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and network systems.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues, manage warranties, and ensure IT compliance across operations.
Maintain accurate IT documentation and inventory of equipment, software, and reports to support transparency and efficiency.
Support IT project implementation by coordinating requirements, monitoring progress, and assisting in site surveys and system testing.
Pursue continuous learning and development through targeted training and participation as a Subject Matter Expert in IT initiatives.
Requirements:
Graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS Electronics and Communications Engineering, or any Information Technology related course.
At least 3 years significant experience in network management (LAN/WAN/WLAN), and hardware/software servicing and troubleshooting.
Intermediate knowledge and skills in computer networking, and hardware and software operation, installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in minimal supervision.
High interpersonal skills and customer-oriented.
