IT Operations Manager/Lead responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT, coaching a team member, modernizing infrastructure, driving cloud migration, and leading security governance and system hardening at BCIS in a hybrid Coventry setting.
BCIS is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead and develop the internal IT function in a hybrid Coventry environment. You will own day‑to‑day IT across the business, coaching the IT Operations Engineer and partnering with senior engineers to modernise infrastructure and move to the cloud.
You’ll drive security governance, system hardening and compliant IT processes, while maintaining hands‑on support when needed. A proactive leader who communicates well will thrive here.
