IT Operations Manager (Cell Line)

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead end-to-end IT & OT operations at our cell manufacturing facility in Butibori, Nagpur. The role involves ensuring 247 system availability, managing IT infrastructure and networks, strengthening cybersecurity, and delivering reliable technology support for manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT & OT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and end-user systems.
• Ensure 247 uptime, incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee network operations, system administration, backups, patching, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, network segmentation, access controls, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage helpdesk operations, ticketing systems, SLAs, and end-user support.
• Lead and mentor IT teams, manage shift schedules, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, plant safety standards, and corporate policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including 5+ years managing IT operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in networking, system administration, cybersecurity, and IT/OT integration.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, network monitoring, and endpoint management solutions.
• Experience managing 247 operations, incident response, team performance, and vendor SLAs.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
