Main tasks:
As part of the operations team, you will be responsible for:
Supported Release Management in delivering software to the production environment.
Monitored, investigated, and resolved issues in the production environment.
Managed incidents and performed root cause analysis.
Acted as Level 2 support for incident handling.

Kafka experience
SQL understanding
Authentication and authorization (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT)
Cryptography (OpenSSL, keytool)
Secure communication (HTTPS)
Logging (Splunk)
Metrics, monitoring, and alerting (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana)
Microservice architecture
Good interpersonal and communication skills
