IT Presales Engineer (Based in Kuala Lumpur | Fresh Grad Welcomed!)

Job Description:

1. Participate in technical exchanges with clients, assisting in the design of IT solution and products

2. Draft technical proposals, set up demonstration environments, and support pilot projects and customer feedback collection.

3. Collaborate with the R&D team to promote the implementation and optimization of technical solutions.Provide prompt resolutions to clients’ daily technical issues, ensuring high satisfaction with the service.

4. Support the collection of local competitor and supplier information for the product.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or other related engineering fields.

• At least 1 year of experience in testing or technical pre-sales support; background in smart hardware, communications, security, or electronics industries is preferred.

• Strong language skills in English and Mandarin (writing, speaking and listening).

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong teamwork spirit.

• Able to adapt to short-term business trips and other work.
