IT Product Manager

Job Description

• Lead and manage the end-to-end development and enhancement of IT products, from requirement gathering and product planning to implementation and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, developers, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into effective product solutions.

• Define product requirements, user stories, product specifications, and priorities based on business objectives and user needs.

• Monitor product development progress, ensuring deliverables are aligned with agreed timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.

• Analyze product performance, user feedback, and business requirements to identify opportunities for product optimization and improvement.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product implementation, system integration, and issue resolution.

• Support the development of product roadmaps and contribute to strategic product planning.

• Lead and supervise team members involved in product management and development activities.

• Ensure effective communication between management, local teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or a related role.

• Experience in managing IT products, digital platforms, business applications, or system development projects.

• Strong understanding of product development processes, system implementation, and software development lifecycle.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia & Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with local teams and business stakeholders.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

• Willing to be based in Indonesia.
