Product Manager /Business Analyst IT
Salary: Rp 7.500.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month
About the role
This role involves analyzing business and user needs and translating them into system solutions and requirements. You will manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and technical specifications.
Key responsibilities
Analyze business and user needs and translate them into system solutions and requirements
Prepare BRD, URS, User Story, FSD/Functional Requirement, and Business Rule documentation
Manage product backlog, features, scope, dependencies, and improvements
Conduct development reviews, UAT support, issue monitoring, feedback evaluation, and continuous improvement
Ensure development aligns with requirements, timeline, and business objectives
Utilize AI tools to support work activities
About you
Minimum S1 degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or related field
3–5 years of professional experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar position
Required in-house experience in a company or organization
Understanding of Product Development Lifecycle, Business Process, and Requirement Analysis
Experience working with IT/development teams
Ability to conduct business analysis and translate user needs into technical/system requirements
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Based in Jakarta and surrounding areas
