About the role

PT Aroma Prima Livindo is looking for an experienced and innovative IT Programmer / AI Developer to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving company applications and systems, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and digital solutions. The ideal candidate is able to build, develop, integrate, and implement AI-powered applications that can be used to solve real business problems and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and internal company systems

• Develop applications based on business requirements and user needs

• Build both backend and frontend functionalities when required

• Develop and maintain databases, APIs, and system integrations

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and business solutions

• Integrate AI/LLM technologies such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude into existing company applications and systems

• Develop AI-based solutions such as AI Chatbot, AI Virtual Assistant, AI Customer Service, AI Document Processing, AI Data Analysis, and AI Recommendation System

• Identify business processes that can be improved through AI and automation and work closely with different departments to understand their requirements

• Develop AI systems that can utilize internal company data and documents, implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or similar approaches when required

• Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and provide technical support and training to users when required

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as IT Programmer, Software Developer, AI Developer, Full Stack Developer, or similar position

• Strong programming skills and proven experience developing applications/programs

• Strong knowledge of Python is highly preferred

• Proficient in at least one additional programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Java, C#, or similar

• Experience developing and implementing AI-based applications

• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into applications

• Understanding of REST API, JSON, API integration, database, and Git/GitHub

• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar

• Understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, LLM, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents
