Salary: Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month
About the role
We are seeking a creative and innovative AI Automation & AI Agent Developer to design, build, and develop AI Agents and Artificial Intelligence-based automation systems to support operations and business development across the company.
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and develop AI Agents for business needs
Create AI Chatbots that can serve customers through WhatsApp, website, and social media
Develop AI Agents for sales, marketing, customer service, administration, and operations
Create workflow automation using n8n, Make, or similar platforms
Integrate AI with APIs, CRM, Google Sheets, databases, and third-party applications
Develop AI Agents that can execute tasks automatically based on instructions and data
Perform testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization of AI systems
Explore latest AI technologies and implement them as business solutions
About you
Minimum D3/S1 education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (strong portfolio may be considered)
Demonstrated experience building AI Agents or AI Automation
Proficiency in n8n, Make, or similar workflow automation tools
Understanding of OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini API, or other LLMs
Understanding of API Integration, Webhook, REST API, and JSON
Programming capability in Python or JavaScript
Understanding of AI Agent concepts, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, and RAG
Problem-solving capability, creativity, independence, and commitment to staying current with AI technology developments
Experience integrating AI with WhatsApp, website, CRM, or database is a plus
Portfolio of running AI Agent projects is preferred
