Summary
Administrates IT projects in banking/finance, coordinating teams, tracking progress with tools like Jira and MS Project, and creating executive presentations.
- Must have experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in IT projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, and the MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Familiarity with IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and technical terminology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Presentation Design: Ability to create professional, visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate project status and risks.
- Documentation Management: Expertise in maintaining structured project documentation and ensuring version control.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Experience acting as a bridge between technical teams, project managers, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Certification in project management such as PMP or CAPM is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services sector is highly desirable due to the regulatory and compliance context.
- Remote Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams across different time zones.
