Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects or programmes through the full project lifecycle.
- Previous experience working within SAP environments is essential.
- Experience supporting or delivering SAP implementation programmes is highly desirable.
- S/4HANA experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Experience managing implementation partners, systems integrators and third-party vendors.
- Strong project governance, stakeholder management and risk management capability.
- Experience delivering business change alongside systems implementation.
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, wholesale or supply chain environments would be advantageous.
- We would also like to hear from candidates with broader ERP implementation experience and exposure to SAP environments.
- Lead the successful delivery of a major ERP implementation programme through to go-live and business adoption.
- Manage implementation partners, third-party suppliers and key project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring risks, dependencies and timelines are effectively managed.
- Establish programme governance, reporting structures and delivery controls.
- Oversee testing, training, business readiness and change management activities.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations and Technology teams to support successful implementation and adoption.
