In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping turn business needs into practical technology solutions. Success requires strong relationship-building skills, curiosity, and the ability to navigate complex situations to identify challenges, evaluate options, and deliver results.
You will lead IT projects and enhancements, working closely with stakeholders to understand priorities and delivering solutions that deliver meaningful value. All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with business stakeholders, gaining insight into operational goals, challenges, and emerging needs
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify, define, and document business problems and desired outcomes before determining solution options
Lead the delivery of IT projects and enhancements through all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expected benefits
Manage project activities including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement
Execute projects using established project management methodologies, developing and maintaining project plans, stage gates, deliverables, and governance processes to ensure successful delivery
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems, reporting, and automation capabilities, translating ideas into actionable initiatives and enhancements
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
5+ years of project management and IT experience with demonstrated career progression
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent designation
Strong relationship-building, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity, analyze complex challenges, and drive decisions and outcomes
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, exercise sound judgment, and apply analytical thinking to decision-making
