IT Project Manager
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects end-to-end. You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and efficient execution.
You will play a key role in fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams (business analysis, development, and operations), helping create an environment where everyone can contribute and succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Define and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and issues, and implementing appropriate solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Promote open, transparent, and inclusive communication across all stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment between business needs and technical delivery teams.
- Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring all voices are heard and considered.
Governance & Reporting
- Prepare clear and structured reporting on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Provide visibility to stakeholders and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project governance practices.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies and practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Share learnings and best practices across teams.
What You Bring
- Experience managing IT projects in complex and dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Ability to structure problems, analyze situations, and support effective decision-making.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools and platforms (e.g. ServiceNow or similar).
Qualifications and Key Skills
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is valued but not mandatory.
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in IT project management (we also welcome candidates with different trajectories who demonstrate relevant skills).
