IT Project Manager
Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month
About the role
I.T. EASY Software Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly disciplined Project Manager (PM) - Supervisory Level to oversee the end-to-end implementation and deployment of web-based medical laboratory information and automation systems. Supervising day-to-day operations and leading cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) frameworks.
Key responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycles from initiation to formal handover. Maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and formal change control procedures.
Drive strict adherence to healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM), client SLAs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate quality control activities, including configuration reviews, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-implementation stabilization. Manage non-conformities and execute CAPA.
Supervise project coordinators and analysts. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Product, Engineering, InfoSec, and Technical Support teams.
Serve as the central point of contact for external client project teams, leading weekly status updates, risk reviews, and executive reporting.
About you
Proven experience managing technical software implementations or IT projects, ideally within the healthcare or medical automation fields.
Deep understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management systems, risk-based project planning, and structured project governance.
Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, DICOM) and experience using project management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
Demonstrated ability to lead and coach junior project staff, manage resource requests, and resolve cross-functional project dependencies.
Exceptional client-facing communication skills for managing external client expectations and presenting audit-ready project records.
