Job Description

We are looking for a passionate project manager to oversee all our existing and new projects.

Your Role

  • Responsible for overall coordination and advancement of internal IT-related projects, liaising with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are implemented as planned.
  • Manage the daily operations and continuous optimization of certain internal enterprise systems, including issue tracking, requirement gathering, change management, and service quality improvement.
  • Maintain close communication with business departments such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Administration to understand their needs and facilitate the implementation of system solutions.
  • Oversee daily collaboration and management of external vendors and implementation partners, including delivery follow-up, service quality management, SLA tracking, and issue escalation.
  • Participate in establishing and optimizing IT service management mechanisms, including standardized management of processes such as incidents, problems, changes, and upgrades.
  • Identify risks during project execution, track progress, coordinate issues, and drive cross-departmental collaboration to ensure project and system stability.
  • Produce project-related documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and materials required by management to enhance project transparency and communication efficiency.
  • Participate in internal system governance, process optimization, and related improvement projects to support overall corporate system operational efficiency.
  • Support relevant system optimization, process review, and implementation according to business priorities.


The Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within corporate or enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience in IT operations management and continuous service improvement.
  • Experience in managing external vendors and implementation partners, including service quality management and SLA monitoring.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices (e.g., ITIL), including incident, problem, change, and escalation processes.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to produce comprehensive project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations for management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
