IT Project Manager
Description
As IT Project Manager, you will be responsible but not limited to:
Coordinate and monitor IT project activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Manage project documentation and planning artifacts, including project timelines, roadmaps, Gantt charts, Kanban boards, status reports, and action items.
Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders, facilitate project meetings, provide project updates, and support project delivery using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Identify project risks and issues, track progress, and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
Willing to work from office in Sunter, North Jakarta.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with minimum GPA 3.000
Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Project Manager or relevant roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and JIRA, with a good understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Experienced in creating and managing project timelines, roadmaps, Gantt charts, and Kanban boards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and a strong willingness to learn.
