IT Project Manager

Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱90,000 per month

About the role

An IT project management role responsible for evaluating IT projects, recommending solution designs, technical proposals, and functional specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate IT projects to recommend solution designs, technical proposals, and functional specifications

• Prepare project estimates, budgets, cost analysis, and resource plans

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and deliverables

• Develop and maintain project plans, WBS, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths

• Manage stakeholders, communications, governance, approvals, and project reporting

About you

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, preferably BS Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

• At least five (5) years of experience as an IT project manager or similar project leadership capacity

• Demonstrated experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile certification) is an advantage but not required
