IT Project Manager
Description
Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱85,000 per month
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in project management, preferably handling software development or IT projects.
Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Willing to work on-site in Taguig and Makati.
Job Responsibilities
Manage IT and software development projects from planning to completion.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Monitor project progress to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
Coordinate with business users, stakeholders, vendors, and project team members.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate concerns when necessary.
Track project costs and budgets as required.
Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support project implementation, closure activities, and documentation.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives when applicable.
Support the Scrum Team and help remove blockers to ensure successful project delivery.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
