IT Project officer

Job Description:

• Support IT project, vendor contract management and documentation

• Support project management and coordination

• Prefer to have IT knowledge and IT relevant experience

• Liaise and coordinate with other divisions of IT department.

• Handle admin support and assigned projects as needed

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• 0-3 years in relevant experience in project coordination, administrative work or procurement.

• Familiar with MS Office

• Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and can-do attitude.

• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Project Management Assistant ( Procurement )

Job Description:

· Assist with procurement processes for cyber security service, tools and software.

· Perform initial gap analysis for annual IT policy review and consolidate responses within the team and other stakeholders.

· Assist in audit issue follow up status tracking as needed.

Requirements:

· Degree holder in Computer Science or Business Administration related.

· 0-2 years relevant experience in project coordination or management.

· Able to communicate with stakeholders from different teams with problem solving skills.

· Good team player, detail-oriented, sense of responsibility and willing to learn.

· Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Project Management Assistant (Banking - CISA, CISSP, PMP)

Job Description:

· Assist IT and production operation daily support, meeting

· Communicate with end-users and internal department to provide smooth operation

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, risk management or related discipline.

· IT experience professional in banking sector is preferred.

· Good understanding of IT controls, production operation, and Vendor Management

· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin is an advantage.

IT Business Analyst / AI / FinTech (Bank / Financial Markets) -Sham Shui Po

Responsibilities:

· Manage Risk or Financial Markets AI related projects

· Track and report progress, work with users and developers on UR, design, testing, documentation and launch prep.

· Support budget spending and procurement if required.

· Experience or education on Financial Markets and AI are a plus.

· Strong communication skills to align with stakeholders and drive project tasks.

· Good at Mandarin and Cantonese speaking is a must.

Requirements:

· Degree holder with major in Information System, Computer Science or related discipline.

· 2- 5 years+ for Business Analyst.

· Good communications and presentation skills
