Summary: The IT&Q Compliance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that digital solutions and data platforms are developed and operated in compliance with IT and Quality (IT&Q) standards, regulatory expectations, and internal processes. This position focuses on integrating compliance into the design phase, enabling informed risk-based decisions, while ensuring that IT solutions meet necessary standards aligned with operational risk levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to IT&Q procedures and standards for digital solutions.

  • Facilitate risk assessments to pinpoint required controls during solution development.

  • Oversee compliance governance throughout the system lifecycle.

  • Ensure information security controls are adhered to in design and operations.

  • Maintain and document required IT&Q deliverables.

  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on IT&Q processes.

  • Guide teams on utilizing approved platforms to streamline compliance efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with GxP or Business Critical Systems.

  • Background in regulated IT environments, especially Pharma GXP.

  • Experience in quality, IT compliance, or validation; software quality knowledge is advantageous.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to digital product development processes.

  • Familiar with agile methodologies.
