Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company's QA strategy, processes, and testing standards.

• Lead, manage, and develop the QA/Software Testing team.

• Oversee manual testing, automation testing, API testing, and system integration.

• Manage performance, load, security, and regression testing.

• Establish effective defect management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes.

• Collaborate with Development, Business Analyst, and UX/UI teams to ensure product quality.

• Review and approve test plans, test strategies, and QA documentation.

• Evaluate product quality and recommend release readiness.

• Monitor QA performance metrics and report testing progress and risks to management.

• Lead the adoption of AI-powered testing tools and automation to improve testing efficiency and defect detection.
