• Manage the full recruitment process from intake to signature
• Conduct focused intakes with hiring managers and determine realistic hiring expectations
• Build talent pools through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, and targeted sourcing
• Coordinate interviews and feedback throughout the recruitment process
• Guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey
• Monitor progress and maintain up-to-date data in Greenhouse
• Advise hiring managers using market insights and data
• Adjust expectations when necessary
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to a strong employer brand
• Manage multiple vacancies while balancing volume and quality
• Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes

Требования:

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency, in-house, or preferably combined environment
• Proven track record recruiting Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers, and other technical profiles
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to act as a business partner and advise stakeholders using market insights and data
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment and deliver consistent results
• Fluent Dutch and English
