Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for full-stack developer positions. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical assessments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in the competitive tech market. Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed insights and recommendations. Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates. Stay abreast of current technologies and trends in full-stack development. Achieve and exceed placement targets and client satisfaction metrics. Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a specific focus on IT recruitment, particularly full-stack development. Proven experience in sourcing candidates with expertise in languages like Java Script, Python, Java, Ruby, C#, etc., and frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, Django, Spring Boot. Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools. A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
