What tasks await you?


• Manage daily IT tickets, service requests, and incident reports via the company's ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and peripherals;
• Process user requests, such as account management, access provisioning, and password resets;
• Support end users with general IT inquiries, providing both remote and on-site assistance;
• Configure, deploy, and document IT equipment (laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories);
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset management records for IT hardware;
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary;
• Collaborate with the OS and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards;
• Perform routine system checks, software installations, and updates to ensure device reliability;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and documentation.

You are the perfect candidate if you obtain:


• Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical assistance role;
• Good understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11), Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts;
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar);
• Hands-on experience with laptop and desktop configuration, hardware troubleshooting, and software deployment;
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset;
• Fluency in English and Hungarian are mandatory;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests simultaneously;
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and corporate IT environments is an advantage.

It's an advantage if you have the following:
• Knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
• Experience with imaging tools and remote management systems (e.g., Ivanti, Intune).
• Basic understanding of network troubleshooting (VPN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).
• Awareness of cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
