We are seeking an experienced IT Risk and GRC Manager to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT risk management and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks. This role is critical in ensuring that our organization's IT systems and processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and aligned with best practices in risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT risk management strategies and frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT operations.
- Oversee the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and compliance measures.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
- Prepare and present risk assessment reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key risks and recommended actions.
