IT Site Operations Specialist - Contract to Hire
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Information Technology preferred
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years' progressive experience in a related field
- Experience supporting enterprise A/V and conference room systems.
- Foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing basics, firewall/ACL awareness).
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting executives in professional services or enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise network hardware (switches, wireless APs, cabling).
- Experience coordinating third-party IT and A/V vendors.
- Up to 10% of the time Domestic Travel only
- Must be on site: One Manhattan West, 395 9th Avenue, 54th Floor, New York, New York 10001

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
