Software ERP systems & SQL Data Base support
Responsibilities
Responsible for Collection, Analysis, Uploading and Rectification of Data
Generate reports using SQL based on various parameters as required
Assist in trouble shooting ERP / APP system & participate in system upgrade projects
Support and coordinate with internal stakeholders on data related requests
Build and Maintain effective communication with various parties to achieve meeting work requests timely
Perform daily troubleshooting of errors encountered during data uploading or extraction
General application support and basic troubleshooting
Requirements
Diploma in IT or relevant disciplines
Keen interest in IT Data Base Systems and Software system experience
Possess SQL knowledge
