IT Solutions Manager

Salary: ₱180,000 – ₱200,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT operations, enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure.

• Oversee Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform architecture, administration, governance, security, compliance, and licensing.

• Lead IT projects, system implementations, integrations, and process improvements.

• Ensure IT security, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and technical teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT management or enterprise systems.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.

• Experience in IT governance, security, compliance, and licensing.

• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

• SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
