IT Specialist
Summary
Entry-level IT Specialist at a distribution company who runs UAT and user support for the BeatRoute field-sales app, maintains the website, and builds/maintains system automation, forms, and dashboards using Microsoft tools like Power BI and Power Automate.
The IT Specialist primary responsibility is to conduct testing of the BeatRoute application and to provide support to its primary users. The IT Specialist is also responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of system automation and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct User Acceptable Testing (UAT) of the BeatRoute application and to ensure its functionalities align with requirements.
Provide primary support to BeatRoute users and raise support tickets to the vendor for timely resolution of issues.
Maintain website content based on Marketing updates, ensure website's technical health and performance, and raise vendor support tickets when necessary.
Program and System Development. Responsible in the creation and maintenance of system automation, forms, and dashboards through use of Microsoft applications.
Provide help or aid in other IT-related concerns (system installation, documentation, etc.)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent academic qualifications in the area
0–2 years of experience in IT programming and/or reports development. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledgeable in Windows Operating Systems and Office applications Skills in Power BI and Power Automate.
Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
