JSR Services is looking for an IT Specialist (Full Time) that play a key role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems, networks, and software.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Manage network and system security, including antivirus, firewalls, and data access control.
- Perform software and hardware upgrades, ensuring system compatibility and efficiency.
- Monitor network and system performance to prevent failures and optimize infrastructure.
- Implement and manage IT security policies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and technological systems.
- Train employees on the use of IT systems and new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar IT roles.
- Advanced knowledge in network administration, servers, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Experience with virtualization tools and cloud computing.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and cybersecurity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
