IT Specialist

We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and Hyper-V environments.

• Administer Sophos Firewall, VPN, and network infrastructure.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Support fingerprint attendance systems and IP CCTV surveillance systems.

• Ensure IT systems security, reliability, and smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Good hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.

• Practical experience with Sophos Firewall, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of Hyper-V virtualization and Windows Server Core.

• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking.

• Basic knowledge of fingerprint attendance systems (ZKTeco is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of IP CCTV cameras and NVR systems.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage IT tasks independently and provide technical support to end users.
