IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the NAVAL INFORMATION WARFARE CENTER PACIFIC of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.

You will manage and perform work that involves developing, delivering or supporting IT systems and services.

You will provide expert technical and programmatic advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and stakeholders on critical IT issues.

You will undertake and complete complex tasks with multiple dependencies independently, mentors others regularly, and leads others to accomplish complex goals.

You will develop and prepare IT investment budgets and cost estimates including Government Contract Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Statements-of Requirements (SORs).

You will apply oral and written communication skills to interface effectively with personnel at all levels and has proven ability to support briefings or presentations to mid-level stakeholders.
