IT Specialist

Salary: Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month

About the role :

Act as the main liaison between the business and Group IT Regulation & Policy, ensuring reliable IT operations, driving technology initiatives, and supporting business growth through effective IT governance and project execution.

Key responsibilities :

• Act as the main liaison between the business and Group IT Regulation & Policy

• Coordinate IT infrastructure, systems, and technology requirements

• Ensure IT service availability, performance, and continuous improvement

• Monitor IT Support services and SLA compliance

• Coordinate Cyber Security compliance and risk mitigation initiatives

• Manage IT projects with HRIS, vendors, consultants, and Group IT teams

• Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions and provide management reporting on IT operations, projects, and risks

Qualification :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field

• 3-7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Services, IT Projects, or IT Governance

• Strong understanding of networking, servers, cloud technologies, IT security, and IT support operations

• Experience working with vendors, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities

• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
