IT SUPERVISOR
Salary: ₱29,000 – ₱31,000 per month

Analyze existing security systems and make recommendations for changes or improvements
Prepare reports and action plans in the event that a security breech does occur
Organize and conduct tests and “ethical hacks” of the existing security architecture
Monitor the network and provide early warning of abnormalities or problems
Upgrade systems regularly to remain competitive in the field of security
Communicate the system status and keep users informed of downtime or changes to the system
Keep technical knowledge current through continuing education
Provide system updates and write code fixes
Regularly perform security checks and troubleshooting
Suggest and implement solutions for improvement
Track existing processes and offer solutions for improvement
Implement new processes with the goal to optimize company's security system
Work with with the development team Perform regular audits and provide reports
Monitor company's server traffic and tickets
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex risk structures to non-technical business stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities, organizational alignment, and the ability to handle multiple project tracks under tight schedules.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience: 2–4 years of overall experience in IT infrastructure, network security, or IT audit environments.
Leadership: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team leadership, or project management capacity.
