IT SUPERVISOR

Salary: ₱26,000 – ₱35,000 per month

About the role

This role involves managing and maintaining network, servers, systems, and IT infrastructure while leading an IT team. You will configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls, administer Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtual machines, and manage cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. You will monitor IT tickets, incidents, and service requests, perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, manage IT assets, backups, databases, and storage systems, and maintain IT documentation and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network, servers, systems, and IT infrastructure

• Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls

• Administer Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtual machines

• Manage cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS

• Monitor IT tickets, incidents, and service requests

• Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of system/network issues

• Manage IT assets, backups, databases, and storage systems

• Lead and delegate tasks to IT team members

• Coordinate with management, departments, and service providers

• Maintain IT documentation and reports

About you

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• At least 4 years of IT/network/system administration or technical support experience

• At least 1–2 years of team lead or supervisory experience

• Networking: TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls

• Systems: Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Hyper-V/VMware

• Cloud: Azure and/or AWS

• Ticketing: ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshservice

• Familiarity with SQL Server, SAN/NAS, and backup solutions

• Knowledge of ITIL practices

• Leadership, delegation, and team management capabilities
