Responsibilities
- Handle user’s IT-related inquiries and issues
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for hardware and software support and offer comprehensive support including procedural documentation to prevent future issues
- Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrade of computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in IT applications, infrastructure support and/or service delivery
- Knowledge and experience in key technologies such as Windows 10/11, M365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Windows Server 2016, email Troubleshooting, Veeam backup, End-point Protection (Anti-Virus or EDR), VPN, PA and FortiGate Firewall will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin is also required to support and communicate effectively with our regional business partners and stakeholders based in China and Hong Kong.
