Key Responsibilities
Provide backend system support via remote tools, phone and email
Perform transaction checks and troubleshoot system issues
Monitor system functions and review system reports
Investigate and rectify settlement discrepancies
Assist with software upgrades and system maintenance
Requirements
Experience in remote support tools and applications preferred
MS SQL basic knowledge/ use experience
