Summary
Junior-level IT Support role serving a banking environment in South Tangerang: the person provides day-to-day technical support and troubleshoots IT issues for banking staff. Requires a D3 degree and 2+ years of IT Support experience, ideally in financial institutions.
Salary: Rp 5.800.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month
Minimum Diploma III (D3) in Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support, preferably in financial institutions and/or the banking industry.
Good attitude, strong communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Able to provide effective technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
