The Role
We are looking for a team member to continuously lead our own business in the AI world as well as being client-facing where you will consult with and support our clients across a mixture of onsite and remote work. You will work directly with end users, resolving issues end-to-end, and use/build your skills across modern Microsoft and security platforms, providing I.T. support to our clients, troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktop, server and network environments. You will work within a Microsoft, Windows and Network environment, including I.T. security tools.
You will have:
Passion for and expertise in AI.
3+ years’ experience in I.T. support (MSP experience highly regarded).
A relevant I.T. qualification.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and explain technical concepts in a clear, non-technical way.
Self organisation skills with high levels of accountability.
Skills in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Intune, Microsoft Servers and Domains including Hyper-V, Backup and Disaster Recovery software, Networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPN’s, routing).
Systems Accounting experience will be highly regarded

Remuneration on offer will be in the range of $70k salary to $90k salary plus superannuation, based on experience and background.
