IT support

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software and system-related issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, email, Microsoft 365 and other workplace applications.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and basic IT security requirements.
• Monitor IT equipment and assist with system maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents and support requests.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when technical issues require further assistance.
• Provide technical support for new employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure IT systems and equipment are operating smoothly on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or a similar technical role.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and common office applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and provide timely support to users.
