Job Description

- Position Title: IT Support Engineer
- Working Location: North-East – Tai Seng / MacPherson
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,700 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications at customer sites.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide solutions for product and service issues.
- Perform network setup, Windows command-line, and IIS troubleshooting.
- Maintain records of customer enquiries, incidents, and resolutions.
- Generate system logs, usage reports, and bug reports.
- Work with software developers to resolve complex technical issues.
- Keep updated on system changes, product information, and technical updates.

- ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in on-site deployment, debugging, and technical customer support.
- Strong knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Windows Command Line and IIS.
- SQL knowledge is advantageous.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and task management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn and support team members.
