About the Role
As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.
About Your Daily Tasks
Provide technical support for workstations, servers, networks, devices, and software while handling service requests and general IT administration tasks.
Monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify potential issues early and help maintain system performance, reliability, and security.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, document solutions, and share knowledge to strengthen team collaboration and improve support processes.
Communicate with customers professionally, understand their technical concerns, provide timely updates, and deliver effective solutions that ensure a positive support experience.
About You and Your Experience
3+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role.
Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, AutoTask/ConnectWise, Fortinet Firewalls, and Windows Server Administration.
Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
Excellent written and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
