Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 IT support for plant/OT infrastructure, PCS, and MOM/MES environments.
Troubleshoot Windows Server, workstations, endpoints, and virtualization issues.
Handle network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
Support Nutanix and VMware virtualization environments.
Coordinate with plant operations, vendors, and cybersecurity teams.
Maintain technical documentation and support plant maintenance activities.
Required Skills:
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional English.
Hands-on experience in plant/OT infrastructure support.
Strong Windows Server, Nutanix, and VMware skills.
Knowledge of industrial networking and incident management.
ITIL Foundation is an advantage.
