IT Support Engineer (WMS)
Summary
IT Support Engineer providing desktop, hardware, software and network troubleshooting (including Windows 11 laptops/desktops) for an engineering company's East Singapore site, plus support for warehouse IT like handheld computers, barcode scanners, printers and warehouse systems (WMS). A 1-year renewable contract.
Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 per month
Our client is in the Engineering Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a IT Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
This is a 1 year contract (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical troubleshooting, incident analysis, diagnosis and resolution for hardware, software, network and application issues
Set up and maintain computers, network devices and software, including Windows 11 desktops and laptops
Provide IT support and basic training to end users
Manage incidents, tasks and service requests in accordance with agreed service level requirements
Coordinate hardware maintenance and service renewals
Provide IT support during annual building power outage and emergency support for data rooms
Support warehouse IT equipment, including handheld/mobile computers, barcode scanners and printers
Assist with the setup and support of warehouse systems and related IT equipment
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
Experience in IT support, desktop support or technical support
Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and network issues
Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an advantage
