IT Support Executive

Responsibilities:-

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection
• In charge of Server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC
• Provide technical support on inventory and accounting solution
• Prepare & update all system documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Experience with setup, troubleshooting, maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines (Citrix) remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall, VPN
• Experience with setup of VLAN, VOIP, backup software
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
• Motivated in problem solving
• Able to work as a team and independently
