IT Support Executive
Summary
Provides day-to-day IT system support for a Singapore-based company: troubleshooting issues via remote support tools, phone, and email; monitoring transactions and settlement reports; and assisting with software upgrades. Core tech includes MS SQL and remote support applications; training is provided, making it suitable for juniors.
Salary: $2,300 – $2,700 per month

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day system support and troubleshooting. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop their technical support experience.
Responsibilities
Provide system support and troubleshoot technical issues via remote support tools, phone calls, and email.
Perform transaction checks and monitor system functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Review system reports, investigate settlement discrepancies, and carry out necessary rectifications.
Support software upgrades and other system maintenance activities.
Skills/Experience Required
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with MS SQL.
Experience using remote support tools and applications is preferred.
Good communication skills, particularly when providing support via phone and email.
Able to work independently and manage assigned support tasks effectively.
