Salary: $30,000 – $35,000 per month
Our client is an international law firm and they are seeking an IT Support to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to their employees, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-tier support via email, phone and in person for end users
Set up video conference meetings and calls for their users
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure that all systems are functioning properly
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
Requirements:
2+ years of work experience in IT industry
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related disciplines
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Reliability and attention to detail
Work experience in law firms / financial services firms / MNCs is a plus
