ABOUT THE HOST COMPANY As an IT Support Intern, you will be placed with one of our reputable host companies in Melbourne, working within their IT department under the supervision of experienced professionals. This internship provides the opportunity to develop practical technical skills while supporting daily IT operations in a professional environment.
ABOUT THE POSITION
During this internship, you may be involved in:
• Providing first-level technical support to staff and users
• Assisting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Supporting system setup, installation, and configuration
• Assisting with network maintenance and basic security checks
• Supporting user account setup and system access management
• Maintaining IT documentation and support logs
• Assisting with system updates and routine maintenance
• Supporting internal IT projects and ad hoc technical tasks
This role offers valuable exposure to real IT environments and business systems, helping you develop the skills required to build a professional IT career.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
This opportunity is part of the Study & Work Professional Internship Program.
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Schedule: Part-time (3-5 days per week)
• Type: Unpaid training-based internship

Program Fee: $2,750 upon successful placement
The program includes:
• Internship placement with a host company
• Recruitment screening and candidate representation
• Internship agreement and structured training plan
• Internship insurance coverage
• Ongoing mentoring and support during the placement
• Performance monitoring and supervisor feedback
• Certificate of completion
• Reference letter upon successful completion
• Job placement support after the internship
